Within the last year Scott Rister has quickly become one of the most dynamic and innovative speakers on “real world” techniques for creating significant wealth in real estate. Scott’s proven track history includes closing 72 deals in one 9 month period alone that launched him to full-time real estate investor status. He now teaches those same innovative and truly creative techniques and MUCH more empowering many to also be freed of their job in corporate America.

Scott’s journey to full-time real estate investor has not been without enduring real life situations that many can relate to. After graduating with a business degree, Scott was “downsized” three times over a five-year period. Determined never to let any single entity or individual determine his net worth and his family’s financial security, Scott incorporated guerilla marketing and highly effective cash generating techniques within real estate which he teaches to many in the same detailed steps he also practices.

Scott now resides in Shreveport operating his own property acquisition company KWIK HOME DEALS with current holdings in four states. Our letters brought us a Landlord who sold us 68 single family homes and 1 duplex in a package deal with Owner financing. After all the dust settled and the "i's" were dotted and "t's" were crossed, we have about $500,000.00 worth of equity and a monthly rental income of about $25,000.00.
