You can download updates to the software or request technical support. Make sure to get the latest update before reporting a problem, as many issues have already been detected and fixed. Our technical support team will make every effort to respond to your request within two business days.

The latest update versions are listed below for each release of the software. To check your version, Click on Help - About in the software. If your version is below the listed update version for your release, then download and run the update (NOTE: Exit the program before running the update!):

Use this form if you have problems installing the software or if you are still having problems using the latest update from above. Please fill out the form as completely as possible, as this information is helpful in determining the cause of the problem quickly.

System RAM: Right-click on My computer, select Properties. Enter system RAM from the Computer section.
Available Drive Space: Open My Computer, right-click on C: drive and click Properties. Enter Free Space.
Operating System Details: Right-click on My computer, select Properties. Enter everything under the System section.
Internet Explorer Version: Click Help - About in Internet Explorer. Select the item closest to your version.
Printer Brand/Model: Please enter your printer manufacturer and model (ex: "Canon 550C").
Description of Problem: Please include the exact text of any error messages.
Steps to Reproduce the Problem: What exact actions do you take to see the problem?
Please check the installation directory for a file named error.log. This will be located at c:\program files\motivated sellers\error.log for most installations. Please open that file and copy its contents into the next box - if it exists.
